Power of Attorney

If we lose mental or physical capacity, not necessarily from Dementia or Alzheimer’s, but after a fall, car accident or a stroke we may not be able to sign any documents at all. Also your bank account could be frozen. This can be a disaster for us and our loved ones.

The solution is to act before the problem occurs and appoint attorneys such as family or friends to sign on our behalf.
